GRY FlavorLab is a lightweight, countertop vacuum tumbler suitable for hotels, restaurants, commercial kitchens, delicatessens, and laboratories. It is used for marinating, seasoning, and mixing sliced meat, meat chunks, fish fillets, and poultry products as well as mixing salads and sauces.
